Christmas Eve 2005

This year, was like every year lol, for as long as I can remember, my family always watches "A Christmas Story" on christmas eve, and eats munchies, and just spends time together. Well since Scott and I got married we go over there, and also have my parents open their presents from us, and sometimes Mikylee opens hers from them... Well this year was like always, when all of a sudden somebody rang the doorbell at my parents house, and there was a BIG box of presents that said to Scott, Trista, and Mikylee and it didn't say who it was from... (Which I was able to be sneaky and find out who did it, but since they wished to be annonymous, they do not know that I know, but we are so grateful for such caring people in our lives, they didn't have to do that, and it was so thoughtful!) But it had gift cards to smiths, blockbuster, and robin's nest, a stuffed animal, and pajama's for mikylee, and the game imaginiff and a card! Totally sweet!

Thanksgiving 2005

This year for Thanksgiving, we went to Mom and Dad's and ate with them, nothing big or anything, then we went to Gusher to Scott's Step Grandparents House, where we had pie,
and visited with his side of the family. For Dinner, we went to Scott's parents house and we had leftovers, thank goodness for Thanksgiving leftovers! :) :) yummy!
I did talk my mom into us making Spinach Sufflet, which is my favorite Thanksgiving Dish in our family!
So we didn't do anything super excited, but we spent the day with our family
WHICH IS WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT!

Halloween 2005

Isn't she sooo cute!? Mikylee was a little unicorn this year for halloween! I just wish I would have taken more pictures, I didn't have any that turned out all that great, but here's the best ones.

Our first "Vacation"

So one day while Scott was at work he called me up and said that him and kevin had been keeping track of the top 10 songs and they missed one, and didn't know who sang it and well I googled it and they called in, and they were the 9th caller and got it right so they both won 2 tickets each to the Barnum & Bailey Circus so Scott and I planned our first trip out of ton since being married and having Mikylee... The circus was AMAZING!!! We all three loved it, we do plan on making this a tradition from now on, to go to the circus EVERY YEAR! Then it was off to the hotel room, which it was Mikylee's 1st time in one obviously (Since we've never been out of town since she was born until now) and she just knew it was a party, she did not want to go to sleep she wanted to dance all night long, it was sooo cute, and even though we were tired, we stayed up pretty late fullfilling her wishes lol.. and then the next morning before coming home, we decided to take her to the hogle zoo, she was sooo convinced that we needed to bring a giraffe home, she absolutely LOVED the giraffes! It was sooo cute!
