Is HONESTY required?!

Haha...yea, pretty much the whole story of Scott and I (before we were married) is horrible!! In fact, I used to joke about making up some totally corny love story to tell the kids...but...if we want HONESTY....well brace yourselves.On June 3rd, 2003, I started working at KFC/A&W (Which most of you know Scott worked there for 6 years), well we pretty much DID NOT get along at all!! truthfully, we HATED each other. Well...(I know this isn't very fair to Scott, but I should also mention that he had a girlfriend during this time as well) one day, a bunch of our friends were meeting at our friend Elaina & Brandon's house to watch Ghost Ship so I asked Scott if I could just ride with him over there after work and he said yes. WELLL.... first off all day at work Scott was making a "Cardboard Blower" for our friend Josh's BIG BOAT OF A CAR, Caprice, And after work we hurried and went to walmart before going to our friends house to buy duct tape. Well that night while we were at our friends house...lets just say me and Scott were naughty (NO NOT ALL THE WAY NAUGHTY...but Naughty!) And that's the start of....Me getting a ride home from work every night from Scott (And yes, he still had a girlfriend...I KNOW SHAME ON US!) But in our defense, his girlfriend left town to go to school and later we found out was also cheating. So anyways... the story starts to get a little better around halloween of 2003. (Which also, things we wont talk about on the blog, a lot of bad stuff happened to me in our group of friends right before that time)

*Halloween... Scott and I went to our friend and co-worker Megan Pope's boyfriends house and partied. I guess in a sense you could say it was our first date. but our actual first date...
*November ?, 2003 Scott took me to the movies to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and we were the only ones there, so that made it nice ;)
*Then on Thanskgiving that year, Scott came to my families Thanksgiving dinner, and then we went to Gusher to see his "Step Grandma and Grandpa", and then we went to his parents house and played "Scene It".
(And yes...I know this still isn't saying much for me!! but... )
*Christmas Eve 2003, Scott kissed me for the first time!
*New Years 2004 - WE FOUND OUT WE WERE HAVING A BABY!!!! AND SCOTT PROPOSED TO ME!!!!!! (In the next blog, I'll explain both of those big parts in more detail)

The Day I Met Scott / Dating Photos

I will start off by saying...This is no fairytale love story lol. We actually didn't care for each other all that much when we met haha! So don't say I didn't warn ya!

It was in May of 2003, we had mutual friends who hung out at what was called "The Dirt Lot" lol. I was there with my friend Andrea Hernandez, and that night, Andrea Hernandez, Me, Bill Chapoose, Richard Thompson, Josh Wood, and Scott Stevens went to Dry Fork, The guys scared the crap out of me and Andrea lol. Well we got back into town really late (And all of these guys carried walkie talkies, I know kinda lame haha) but when we got into town a guy named Scott came through on the walkie talkie and we met up with him, and when we met him, the first thing I thought was I LOVE HIS CAR! (He drove a 1998 Acura Integra), well I talked to him a little bit and then I went home...

But....

The first actual day with him...wow, what a jerk haha! (I was kind of a bad kid, so just so you all know, that's why I wasn't at home) I had gotten into a big fight with my mom and so I kind of "Ran Away" for the night haha, and well I was crying and upset and so a lot of my friends (Levi, Bill, Eddie, Richard, Andrea, and Kevin stayed there with me) And we litterally stayed at the "Dirt Lot" the entire night, we went for a little ride for a little bit in Richard's truck, but anyways... I guess I should fill in that I had a crush on Levi and well that night I made a complete fool of myself (But Scott had a big help in that, but I'll get to that in a minute). I'm actually not going to admit how I made a fool of myself, but I did. Well later that night, Scott shows up and the other guys were being brats to me after the earlier "incident", and Scott's like "You can jump in here, I will be nice!" HAHAHA YA RIGHT! Well I got into his car and we drove around, and well remember me mentioning walkie talkies, well Scott was asking me all sorts of personal questions, and me being gullable and too trusting I ANSWERED THEM, and the other guys were listening through the walkie talkie!!

That's the story of when we met! Like I said, not a fairytale love story by any means.

The Story Of Our Family!

I know I know...I already have 2 blogs lol, but I have learned about ways to print story books straight from blogger, so I am kinda using it as a scrapbooking/journal. So I created this blog to start from the day I met Scott - present!
It's a great way to share the stories, and remember them! And also Mikylee and Jaycen will probably love reading all of it when they are older as well.
