Poor Mikylee has Jaundice!

So right after we got home with Mikylee for the first time after leaving the hospital, (the 19th of August) I noticed about an hour later that Mikylee looked really orange. So I asked Scott and my parents what they thought and they said the same thing, So I called up the OB department at the hospital and told them, and they told me to bring her in. So we did, and they tested her billi rueben levels (which they test that by poking her heal), and she was 1 POINT below having to be lifeflighted for Jaundice!! The nurse assured me that it wasn't anything TOO serious, that babies almost always have it, but her levels were scary, and they had to monitor it really close. So they put Mikylee in a hospital room in this horrible container with the billi light on to try and get her levels to go down. Well after two days of being in the hospital, they let me take her home, but we had to get a billiblanket (light for at home) from the medical rental place, and do home treatment for atleast a week. And every morning we have to take her to get her heal poked to check her levels.

Mikylee's HERE!

THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!! I had my beautiful little girl Mikylee today!
Me and Scott were walking with My Mom, my Dad, and Debra like we did every evening in the summer and fall, and towards the end of the walk I said I felt like I was having contractions. I didn't know for sure, but I thought so...well I just went to my parents house with them, and after about 30 minutes of that, I decided I had better go to the hospital. Well when I got there they said I was already dilated to 5 cm. So they called Dr. Woodward, and he said keep her there, I will be there soon to break the water. So around 7:00 p.m. on August 17th, they broke my water, and at 4:09 a.m. on August 18th, I had a beautiful baby girl named Mikylee Jean Harrison, she weighed 6 pounds 10 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long.
